Heating is provided (if required) during the colder months by individual Heat Lamps at £1 per day.
Dogs and cats sharing accommodation must be from the same household.
Bookings are subject to availability. We will guarantee bookings and prices upon receipt of your deposit.
All deposits are non-refundable; however, if the booking is cancelled three weeks before boarding, we can transfer the deposit amount to future bookings.
There is a minimum three-day booking. However, customers may book for less if we can accommodate them, but we will charge a minimum of three days.
We will calculate charges for each day your dog or cat stays with us; whether you arrive at 9:30 am or 5:30 pm, this counts as your pet’s first day. The good news is, if you pick up your pet before 10:00 am on the last day, we will not charge you extra for that day.
Rates are double on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Dogs boarding with us must be accompanied by an up to date record of veterinary-approved protection against distemper, kennel cough, hepatitis, parvovirus, leptospirosis, and other relevant diseases. Without proof of this, we will not be able to accept your dog for boarding. All of the above must be carried out annually.
Please note regarding kennel cough vaccine. We will also not be able to accept your dog if the vaccine has been administered within the last 14 days, as the vaccine is a live vaccine and so your dog presents a risk for other dogs in our care.
